This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a specialist setting, delivering high-quality care to patients while shaping the future development of the service.
As Clinic Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational and clinical management of the unit, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety and service delivery. You will inspire and support your team, foster a positive and collaborative culture and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.
This role offers the chance to combine your clinical expertise with strong leadership skills in an environment where patient outcomes and staff development are equally valued.
Requirements
- Active registration with NMBI.
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration nursing experience.
- At least 3 years' experience within renal services.
- Postgraduate qualification in Renal Nursing, or a willingness to undertake same.
- Management qualification.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing healthcare teams.
- Strong organisational, operational, and decision-making skills.
- Financial and budget management awareness.
- A proven ability to drive service development and performance improvement.
