Cpl HR Recruitment are seeking an ambitious HR Generalist to support a diverse workforce across multiple sites in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong employee relations experience and a solid understanding of Irish employment law who enjoys partnering with managers, solving people challenges, and driving positive employee experiences.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Acting as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees
- Managing employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and conduct issues
- Advising leaders on HR best practice and employment legislation
- Supporting organisational change initiatives, restructures, redundancy processes, and TUPE transfers
- Conducting workplace investigations and ensuring fair, compliant outcomes
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities
- Delivering HR inductions and employee engagement initiatives
- Managing occupational health referrals and related HR processes
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and Irish employment legislation
