Cpl Marketing Recruitment is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and organised marketing professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced professional services environment. You'll gain exposure across digital marketing, events, content creation, design, communications, CRM management, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Create and design marketing materials including presentations, brochures, social media graphics, and event collateral.
- Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate and support client events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring high-quality data and audience segmentation.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver marketing projects.
- Support content creation across digital, PR, and brand awareness activities.
- Assist with website and digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years' marketing experience, ideally within a professional services environment such as legal, financial services, consulting, engineering, accounting, or similar.
- Strong design capabilities with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing social media channels and monitoring campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
