The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6+ Occupational Therapist to join a service in West London working with a paediatric caseload of children and young people aged 3–19 with moderate to complex autism. Sponsorship is available for this role.

The role involves working within a specialist educational setting, supporting secondary-aged pupils with a primary satellite provision. You will provide assessment and intervention to support sensory processing, functional skills, and engagement in learning, while benefiting from flexible working and term-time only hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage a paediatric caseload of children and young people with autism
- Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Provide strategies to support sensory regulation and participation in learning
- Contribute to EHCPs and support education-based outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Experience in paediatric occupational therapy, ideally with autism and complex needs
- Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Ability to work independently within educational settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
