The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join The Village School in North West London, working within a secondary ASD specialist educational setting.

The role involves supporting young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) within a secondary school environment. You will provide assessment and intervention to support sensory processing, functional independence, and engagement in learning.
Responsibilities
- Manage a secondary ASD caseload within a specialist school setting
- Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Support pupils with sensory regulation and classroom participation
- Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to EHCPs and education-based outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Experience in paediatric occupational therapy, ideally within ASD or special educational needs settings
- Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Ability to work independently within educational environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
