The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to a Private clinic in Surrey, working within a clinic-based paediatric service.

The role involves providing occupational therapy assessment and intervention for children and young people with a range of developmental, sensory, and neurodevelopmental needs. You will work within a dedicated clinic environment, delivering evidence-based interventions and supporting children to achieve their functional and developmental goals. Sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage a paediatric occupational therapy caseload
- Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
- Develop and implement individualised treatment programmes
- Support children with sensory processing, fine motor, self-care, and daily living skills
- Produce detailed assessment reports and therapy recommendations
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Contribute to EHCP assessments and reviews where required
- Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures
Requirements
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working within paediatric occupational therapy services
- Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Strong assessment, report writing, and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
