General operative – Citywest, Dublin
Flexsource is currently recruiting General operative on behalf of our client based in Citywest, Dublin. We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join a growing team in a busy warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or general operative experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with the Manager, team members, and other departments
- Maintaining productivity in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Achieving and maintaining required pick rate targets
- Working comfortably in a target-driven environment
- Using basic computer systems
- Supporting team operations and maintaining a positive working attitude
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- Basic English communication skills
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate (training can be provided)
- Ability to reliably commute to Citywest, Dublin for all scheduled shifts
Working Hours:
Full-time position – Monday to Friday
Available shifts:
- Morning Shift: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Day Shift: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Evening Shift: 4:30pm – 12:30am
Pay Rate:
From €14.25 per hour
