CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organisation supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland.
Reporting to the Social Care Leader, the successful candidate will lead and support staff teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services in line with HIQA standards.
Requirements
- Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Flexibility to participate in shift work.
- Have eligibility to register as a Social Care Worker according to Coru Registration Requirements.
