Key Account Manager - Netherlands - Field-based
Cpl Life Sciences are partnering with a fast-growing global oncology biopharma on a Key Account Manager role covering the Netherlands. This is a field-based role for a portfolio with genuine momentum behind it.
What you'd own:
A defined portfolio of priority hospital accounts - hematologists, specialist nurses, hospital pharmacists
Full account planning: stakeholder mapping, patient flow, formulary status, competitive positioning
Omnichannel engagement across face-to-face, remote and approved digital channels
Close partnership with Medical Affairs and a dedicated contracting specialist, so access barriers aren't yours to solve alone
What you'll bring:
Field-based commercial experience in specialty care, ideally haemato-oncology
A track record managing complex hospital accounts in the Netherlands
Proven ability to gain and expand access in restricted environments
An established network with Dutch stakeholders is a strong plus
Fluent Dutch, professional English
