Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Ensure full TA cycle is adhered to
Recruitment Administration
Assist in full candidate journey
Advertising roles
Initial candidate screening
Advising and guiding candidates through the process
Arranging interviews
Reference checks, medicals, uniforms, and ad hoc requests as needed.
Support candidates through the recruitment process including aftercare assistance
Consistently grow the candidate pipeline, filling it with high calibre candidates through multiple sourcing channels
Administrative Support Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring manager in a variety of departments.
Perform work in accordance with the designated KPI’s and SLA’s
Support candidates through the recruitment process including aftercare assistance
Conducting Cpl induction and completion of Manual Handling training (training provided)
Completion of system set up for all new hires
Support employees on any HR issues or queries they may have and facilitating actions to resolve these in a timely manner.
Supporting administration around agency and contractor’s compliance
Maintaining of monthly and quarterly reporting for Finance, EHS, HR (recruitment+ attrition) for both client and Cpl.
Participate in the development of presentations and relevant material for clients.
Supporting with Disciplinary and Grievances ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns or issues
AOB/ escalations or adhoc requests from the site
Skills/experience/competencies required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience recruitment, HR or experience within a Managed Service (MSP/RPO)
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and communicating effectively.
Autonomous, innovative and solution focused.
Strong organisational and reporting skills.
Ability to prioritize work from multiple stakeholders in a high volume, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Products, particularly, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Familiarisation with Teams, One Note beneficial and Salesforce beneficial
