The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced KYC professional to lead a newly established Aviation KYC onboarding team. This client-facing leadership role will oversee the onboarding and account opening process for aviation sector clients, while managing a team of KYC Analysts and Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Aviation KYC onboarding team.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and account opening processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Present performance metrics and operational updates to senior management.
- Drive process improvements and enhance onboarding efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Front Office teams.
Requirements:
- Strong KYC / AML onboarding experience within financial services.
- Previous people management or team leadership experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Aviation sector experience is highly desirable.
