Assistant Store Manager - Co. Clare
Our client, a highly successful retail operation based in Co. Clare are now, due to a significant increase in business levels, looking to expand their operations management team & have engaged with us in Cpl to hire an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their energetic and enthusiastic team.

The Job:
As a key part of the store management group, you will primarily be responsible for delivering exceptional standards across customer engagement & the retail operations as well as supporting commercial performance & motivating the store based team.
More specifically you will take an active part in the daily operations of the store, deliver a best in class customer experience, drive sales across various product lines, conduct training on new products & services being introduced, analyse performance, manage stock levels, assist on staff queries, ensure compliance with industry & regulatory standards (including H&S & HACCP) & support the Store Manager in their ongoing business planning.
Your Skills & Experience that we need:
3rd level qualified in a relevant discipline.
3+ years’ relevant retail experience.
Proven ability to motivate staff.
Strong communication skills & ability to engage with people at all levels.
Strong understanding of IT, stock control & inventory management systems.
Flexibility to work on a balanced & fair rota across varying shifts as required for business operational needs.
The Offer:
The role is a permanent position with base salary depending on experience/qualifications but expected to range between 37-42k. There will be additional benefits & annual performance based bonus.
Candidates without the relevant visa/work permit or eligibility to work permanently in Ireland will not be considered.
