Band 5 Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics Location: West London and Surrey Role Type: Permanent Band: 5 Salary: £32,000 The Role Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join private practice providing paediatric occupational therapy services across West London and Surrey. Details This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early career Occupational Therapist to develop their clinical skills within a supportive paediatric team. You will work with children presenting with a range of developmental, sensory, and functional needs across clinic, school, and community settings, receiving regular supervision and opportunities for professional development. Responsibilities Manage a paediatric occupational therapy caseload under appropriate supervision Complete functional, developmental, and sensory assessments Deliver individualised occupational therapy interventions Support children to develop independence, motor skills, and sensory regulation Work collaboratively with families, schools, and the multidisciplinary team Contribute to reports, therapy plans, and EHCP documentation where required Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures Participate in CPD, supervision, and service development Requirements HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist (or pending registration) Interest in paediatric occupational therapy Knowledge of child development and sensory processing is desirable Excellent communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence is desirable Benefits Competitive salary of £32,000 Structured induction and clinical supervision Ongoing CPD and training opportunities Supportive multidisciplinary team Opportunity to develop a career within paediatric occupational therapy Applying for roles If you are interested in this position, please get in touch to discuss further opportunities.
