We are currently recruiting for a Band 5/6 ACT/MMT Pharmacy Technician to work on a temporary basis in Staffordshire. Please see details of the role below: Role Details Role: Band 5/6 ACT/MMT Pharmacy Technician Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 9am to 5pm Pay: £20 to £26ph Start: ASAP Length: Ongoing This is a great opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join a busy NHS hospital team in Staffordshire, with positions available at both Band 5 and Band 6 level. You will be working across accuracy checking and medicines management functions, supporting the safe and efficient use of medicines across the hospital. Duties will include accuracy checking of dispensed items, medicines reconciliation, ward-based medicines management, and supporting the smooth running of the dispensary. You will work closely with nursing, medical, and pharmacy teams to ensure patients receive the right medicines at the right time. Requirements GPhC registration Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience Accredited Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) qualification essential Experience in medicines reconciliation and ward-based medicines management Ability to work accurately and efficiently across both dispensary and ward environments Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Why work with Cpl UK Healthcare?
