Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist Location: Tadworth Role Type: Permanent Salary: up to £55,000 (term-time only) The Role Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapist to join SEN school in Tadworth, working within a specialist educational setting for children and young people aged 4–19 with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and challenging behaviours. Details The role involves supporting pupils with complex communication and behavioural needs within a specialist school environment. You will provide assessment and intervention to help students develop communication, social interaction, and engagement in learning. Responsibilities Manage a paediatric ASD caseload within a specialist school setting Complete speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualised therapy plans Support pupils with social communication and behavioural regulation Work collaboratively with teaching staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team Contribute to EHCPs and educational outcomes Maintain accurate clinical records and reports Requirements HCPC registration Experience in paediatric speech and language therapy Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and complex communication needs Ability to work independently within educational settings Strong communication and organisational skills Applying for roles If you are interested in this position, please get in touch to discuss further opportunities.
