Band 6 Occupational Therapist Location: Berkshire Role Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000 Sponsorship: Available The Role Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join Forest Bridge School in Berkshire, working within a specialist paediatric ASD setting. Details The role involves supporting children and young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) within a specialist educational environment. You will provide assessment and intervention to support sensory processing, functional independence, and engagement in learning. Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates. Responsibilities Manage a paediatric ASD caseload within a specialist school setting Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments Develop and implement individualised therapy plans Support sensory regulation and participation in education Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team Contribute to EHCPs and educational outcomes Maintain accurate clinical records and reports Requirements HCPC registration Experience in paediatric occupational therapy, ideally with autism Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental conditions Ability to work independently within educational settings Strong communication and organisational skills Applying for roles If you are interested in this position, please get in touch to discuss further opportunities.
