Band 6 Occupational Therapist Location: Farnborough, Basingstoke, Winchester & Southampton Role Type: Permanent (Hybrid, 3–5 days per week) Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 The Role Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a specialist paediatric service supporting neurodiverse children and young people aged 2–25 across Hampshire. Details The role involves working with children and young people with a range of neurodevelopmental needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and developmental coordination challenges. This is a hybrid role combining clinic, school, home, and remote working. Responsibilities Manage a paediatric neurodiverse caseload aged 2–25 Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments Develop and implement individualised therapy plans Support sensory regulation, motor skills, and functional independence Work collaboratively with families, schools, and the multidisciplinary team Provide reports, recommendations, and support plans Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Requirements HCPC registration Experience within paediatric occupational therapy Knowledge of autism, ADHD, sensory processing, and neurodevelopmental conditions Ability to work independently across community and educational settings Strong communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence preferred for community-based work Applying for roles If you are interested in this position, please get in touch to discuss further opportunities.
