Band 6+ Occupational Therapist Location: West London Role Type: Permanent (Term-time only, flexible working) Salary: £39,439 - £44,063 The Role Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6+ Occupational Therapist to join a service in West London working with a paediatric caseload of children and young people aged 3–19 with moderate to complex autism. Sponsorship is available for this role. Details The role involves working within a specialist educational setting, supporting secondary-aged pupils with a primary satellite provision. You will provide assessment and intervention to support sensory processing, functional skills, and engagement in learning, while benefiting from flexible working and term-time only hours. Responsibilities Manage a paediatric caseload of children and young people with autism Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments Develop and implement individualised therapy plans Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team Provide strategies to support sensory regulation and participation in learning Contribute to EHCPs and support education-based outcomes Maintain accurate clinical records and reports Requirements HCPC registration Experience in paediatric occupational therapy, ideally with autism and complex needs Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental conditions Ability to work independently within educational settings Strong communication and organisational skills Applying for roles If you are interested in this position, please get in touch to discuss further opportunities.
