Role Overview
We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Event Staff to support the smooth running of sporting events, concerts, and other live events within a stadium environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist attendees.
Check tickets and direct guests to the correct areas.
Provide excellent customer service and answer queries.
Assist with crowd management and venue safety procedures.
Report any incidents or concerns to supervisors.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a busy environment.
Desirable
Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience.
Hourly Rate : €14.15 Per Hour
