Our pharma client in Dublin city centre, has an exciting requirement for an experienced HR Partner, for a 6 month contract, to support organisational transformation and restructuring programmes while partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies, manage employee relations, drive change, and build high-performing teams. The role will be primarily based in Dublin city centre, with some travel required to other sites.
Responsibilities Required
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver people strategies that support organisational transformation, restructuring programmes, and business change initiatives.
- Lead and support complex organisational redesign activities, including restructures, workforce planning, change management, and consultation processes.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, employee development, and organisational effectiveness.
- Coach and influence leaders through periods of change, helping them manage team performance, engagement, and employee wellbeing.
- Support the delivery of key HR initiatives, including talent management, recruitment, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Use workforce data and people insights to identify trends, assess organisational impact, and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of people programmes, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to HR transformation projects, process enhancements, and initiatives that improve both employee experience and business performance.
Experience Required
- 5+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar HR advisory role.
- Strong employee relations, coaching, facilitation, mediation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience within a regulated or complex business environment is advantageous.
