Warehouse Operator | Dublin 15 / Pharma
Location: Damastown, Dublin 15
Rate of Pay: €16.81 per hour
Hours: Shift Work
Flexsource is currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operators for an excellent opportunity based in Damastown, Dublin 15.
The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations in a busy, fast-paced environment, ensuring materials are received, stored and distributed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store and distribute materials throughout the warehouse.
- Deliver and collect materials to and from Production areas.
- Complete all required warehouse documentation accurately and on time.
- Work in accordance with SOPs, GMP and Health & Safety standards.
- Identify and report damaged goods or stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with packaging and material sampling duties when required.
- Participate in relevant training and assessment activities.
Minimum Qualifications & Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Pharma warehouse role.
- Valid licences for Turret Truck, Counterbalance Forklift and PPT are essential.
- Must be flexible and available to work shifts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Comfortable working on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to overall team goals.
