Production Operator | Dublin 15
Location: Damastown, Dublin 15
Pay Rate: €18.72 per hour + Shift Allowance
Shift Pattern: 2-Cycle Shift
Flexsource is currently recruiting experienced Production Operators for an exciting opportunity based in Damastown, Dublin 15.
We are looking for reliable, motivated candidates with experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. This position will involve supporting day-to-day production operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and GMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day production and manufacturing duties in line with company procedures.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Follow all SOPs, GMP, quality and Health & Safety procedures.
- Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
- Carry out product checks and report any quality issues or deviations.
- Support packaging, material handling and general production activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised production area.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
- Participate in all required training and development.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator or similar role is highly desirable.
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment would be a strong advantage.
- Must be available to work a 2-cycle shift pattern.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately.
- Good communication skills and a strong team-player mentality.
- Reliable, flexible and comfortable working on your own initiative when required.
