Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist

We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to work on a temporary basis in Birmingham. Please see details of the role below:\n\nRole Details\n\nRole: Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist\nDays: Monday to Friday\nHours: 9am to 5pm\nPay: £30ph\nStart: ASAP\nLength: 3 months\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a busy NHS hospital pharmacy team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality clinical pharmacy service across a range of wards and departments. Duties will include medicines reconciliation, clinical screening of prescriptions, ward-based pharmacy services, and participation in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings. You will also support medicines optimisation initiatives and contribute to the safe and effective use of medicines across the trust.\n\nRequirements\n\nCurrent GPhC registration\nMinimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience\nDemonstrable experience in clinical pharmacy, including ward-based work\nStrong knowledge of medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and medicines optimisation\nExperience contributing to MDT working\nAbility to work independently and manage a varied clinical workload\nExcellent communication and clinical decision-making skills\n\nWhy work with Cpl UK Healthcare?\n\nCpl UK Healthcare are a market leader in recruiting AHPs across the UK.
