The Job:
The successful candidate will report to the national HR Director but also work closely with the Operations Manager in Limerick & will cover a wide remit of HR duties & projects across the site. These will include, but not be limited to, employee engagement & query resolution, recruitment & onboarding of new hires, overseeing training activities, updating employee data, T&A/payroll reporting, delivering HR change projects & supporting the wider leadership & operations teams with their HR needs.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified in a HR or related discipline.
- 2-3+ years relevant HR experience ideally in a broad based HR generalist or senior HR administrator role.
- Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong IT, data & HR reporting skills.
The Offer:
This is a permanent position & salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to range up to approx. 42k + additional benefits & supports.
Please note this role will be fully office based in Limerick city.
