Cpl have an exciting requirement with a Tech Multinational Organisation, in Dublin City Centre, for an experienced People Partner, for a short term contract until the end of the year. The successful candidate will support senior business leaders across the global organisation. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities.
- Support organisational design, restructures, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Lead talent management activities including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Coach and influence senior stakeholders on complex people matters.
- Use people data and insights to support decision-making and organisational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR specialist teams to deliver effective people solutions.
- Drive priorities independently and provide practical, commercially focused HR support.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong experience supporting senior leaders within international, regional, or global organisations.
- Experience partnering across multiple countries, ideally within EMEA or APAC teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
