Job Description: Person in Charge (PIC)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced social care professional or registered nurse with proven leadership skills to join our team as the Person in Charge (PIC) of our Residential Services. The PIC will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our designated centre, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- CORU registered as a Social Care Worker or have a CORU registration application in progress (evidence of application required); or NMBI registered, as applicable.
- Management qualification
- Have a minimum of three years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care..
- Registering/Registered with CORU
- Full driving license.
- Proficient in both oral and written English language
- Have the legal right to work in Ireland and currently hold valid work authorisation for Ireland
