An established legal practice in Dublin is seeking an experienced Probate & Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of probate matters from initial instruction through to final completion.
Take client instructions for wills and prepare comprehensive will documentation.
Attend court proceedings as required.
Handle files autonomously, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage residential property sales and conveyancing transactions on behalf of executors, administrators, and beneficiaries.
Oversee transmissions of freehold and unregistered titles where necessary.
About you:
Ability to work independently while providing excellent client service.
Experience with the Keyhouse case management system is an advantage, but not essential.
