Senior Field Market Access Manager Netherlands (Remote)
Cpl Life Sciences are partnering with a fast-growing global oncology biopharma on a brand-new Senior Field Market Access Manager role for the Netherlands.
What you'd own:
End-to-end contracting and negotiation with hospital buying groups and pharmacists - formulary inclusion, preferred positioning, volume agreements
Full contract lifecycle: renewals, amendments, performance reviews
Local pricing strategy and scenario modelling ahead of major tenders, working closely with a Market Access & Pricing Director
A genuine partnership role with the local KAM team - you're the contracting and access specialist they lean on
What you'll bring:
7+ years in pharmaceutical market access, hospital contracting, procurement engagement or pricing strategy
Hands-on experience negotiating directly with Dutch hospital buying groups or equivalent procurement bodies
Comfort building and defending pricing models and walk-away thresholds
Oncology portfolio experience is a strong plus
Native or near-native Dutch, professional English
