CPL Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client in the recruitment of a Deputy Manager for a children’s residential service, in Co. Cavan.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social care professional to join a progressive and growing organisation committed to delivering safe, therapeutic, and child-centred care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Manager to support the daily management of the service, ensure high standards of care, and provide leadership and support to the staff team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within children’s residential services
- Previous leadership or senior experience desirable
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres, Children’s First safeguarding, and child-centred practice
- Full clean driver’s licence
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Passion to support young people who have experienced trauma in their live
