An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Project Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Belfast
Key Responsibilities
Lead the successful launch of new products, coordinating all activities from early-stage development through to full-scale manufacturing readiness while meeting delivery, cost, quality, and output objectives.
Identify and implement manufacturing and engineering improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product performance.
Oversee the planning and execution of capital investment programmes, including business case preparation, approval processes, and expenditure control.
Maintain financial accountability for projects and departmental activities, ensuring expenditure is controlled, targets are met, and performance is communicated to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with commercial teams to evaluate new opportunities, provide technical guidance, develop manufacturing strategies, and support customers throughout the quotation and award process
Requirements
Degree in an engineering related subject
3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
