Leading Global Solutions Provider is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to play a key role in evolving their operating model, enabling delivery excellence, improving operational efficiency, and fostering high-performing teams.
As an Agile Coach, you will partner with Leadership, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Squads to embed Agile best practices, strengthen team effectiveness, and support the shift from project delivery to a customer-focused product mindset. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams at varying maturity levels, and champion a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and psychological safety.
What you'll do
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Tribe Leaders, and Squads across Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
- Assess Agile maturity and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, and PI/Big Room Planning events.
- Support Agile transformation activities and the adoption of our Disciplined Agile Framework.
- Partner with Product teams to improve backlog management, prioritisation, and delivery readiness.
- Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices.
- Influence stakeholders and help embed Agile governance and OKR alignment across the organisation.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years' experience working in Agile environments, including 3+ years in an Agile Coaching role.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience leading Agile transformations and coaching distributed teams.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Good understanding of software delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
