Are you looking to take your HR career into the world of HR technology? Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with organised and detail-focused HR professionals with around 2+ years' experience who has a passion for HR systems, data, and process improvement. This role is based in North West Dublin on a hybrid basis.
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain a new HR system including HRIS, ATS and Learning platforms
- Manage employee and candidate data, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance
- Create reports and HR metrics using Excel and system reporting tools
- Provide first-line support and training to managers and employees
- Assist with system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain HR SharePoint sites, user guides and system documentation
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination or HR Systems Support
- Experience using HR systems, databases or business applications
- Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- A genuine interest in HR technology and process improvement
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with HRIS, ATS or LMS platforms
- Exposure to system implementations, upgrades or testing
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI or Power Automate
