Our Client, is looking to hire a Product Data Administrator for a temporary 10 month period due to end August 2027, this is a full time position based in East Galway.
The Product Data Administrator is responsible for the accurate entry, update and maintenance of approved product data within Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion Product Development / Product Data Hub (PD/PDH). The role processes authorised product changes and helps maintain consistent product master data across the applicable systems. This is an execution-focused role with no responsibility for approving changes, making business decisions, defining data standards or determining product structures. |
Essential Duties |
Create and maintain approved item master records in Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion. Enter approved product attributes, classifications, product hierarchy values, lifecycle phases and organisation assignments. Create and update revisions and Bills of Materials (BOMs) from approved source documentation. Maintain approved manufacturer or supplier information and controlled product documents or attachments, where applicable. Process approved ECOs, ECNs and other authorised product changes in accordance with documented procedures. |
Primary Duties |
Support product data alignment, cleansing and migration activities between systems. Perform basic completeness and accuracy checks against approved source information. Record completed transactions and update assigned status trackers.

Essential Qualifications (Non-negotiable Requirements) |
1–3 years of product data administration, master data maintenance, engineering change administration or comparable data-entry experience. Experience using Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion PD/PDH is required. Experience maintaining item data, BOMs, revisions, product attributes or supporting documentation. Experience working within a controlled change management environment is preferred. No degree required. Secondary education or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Skills and Competencies High level of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail. Ability to follow approved change documentation, work instructions and defined procedures. Good data-entry, organisational and time-management skills. Ability to manage a high volume of assigned transactions while maintaining quality. Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. Clear communication, reliability and effective team collaboration. Success Measures Accuracy and completeness of product data transactions. Timely completion of assigned changes and low rework rates. Compliance with documented procedures and work instructions. |
