We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 or 8a Clinical Pharmacist Wards and Dispensary to work on a temporary basis in Cheshire. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
Role: Band 7 or 8a Clinical Pharmacist Wards and Dispensary
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Pay: £30ph to £36ph
Start: ASAP
Length: 3 months
This role will involve providing clinical pharmacy support across both ward and dispensary services, including medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, patient counselling, and supporting safe and effective prescribing.
The post holder will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and pharmacy colleagues to support medicines optimisation and ensure the safe and timely supply of medicines across inpatient services.
Requirements
GPhC registration
Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
Strong ward based clinical pharmacy experience
Hospital dispensary experience essential
Excellent clinical screening and medicines optimisation skills
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
