National Account Manager — Ashbourne, Co. Meath
Irish-owned, fast-growing beauty brand — trusted by retailers nationwide and now expanding internationally
We're a proudly Irish, globally-loved beauty brand on an exciting growth trajectory, and we're looking for a driven National Account Manager to help take us to the next level. If you thrive on building strong retailer relationships, love a fast-paced commercial environment, and want real ownership over key accounts, this is your next move.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll own and grow a portfolio of major retail accounts, working hand-in-hand with marketing to shape commercial plans that drive our brands toward category leadership. You'll lead from the front — managing forecasts, unlocking new opportunities, and being the go-to commercial voice both internally and with our retail partners.
What You'll Do
- Drive growth across key retail accounts, owning targets and account plans end-to-end
- Build and protect strong, trusted relationships with major retailers and distributors
- Analyse performance (P&Ls, forecasts) and turn insight into action
- Champion in-store excellence and support retailer expansion
- Be the sales team's key cross-functional lead — working closely with marketing and operations
- Spot and unlock new commercial opportunities as the brand portfolio grows
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in Sales, Key Account, or National Account Management — FMCG, beauty, or fast-moving consumer brand backgrounds all welcome
- A genuine track record of driving commercial growth and leading through relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and natural confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Someone comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh thinking
- Sharp commercial and analytical instincts, with an eye for detail
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset — you see opportunities before others do
Why This Role
This is a rare chance to step into a business at an inflection point — established enough to have real retail relationships and scale, but agile enough that your ideas and energy will directly shape what comes next. You'll have genuine autonomy, a seat close to leadership, and the opportunity to leave your mark on a brand people already love.
Want me to also produce a shorter, LinkedIn-post-length version for sourcing outreach, or a version specifically pitched toward FMCG candidates who haven't worked in beauty before?
