Cpl HR Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing global organisation to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and driving best-in-class talent attraction strategies in a dynamic, international environment. This position could suit someone based in North Dublin, Meath or Louth.
What you'll be doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions
- Partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans
- Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Providing market insights and talent intelligence to stakeholders
- Coaching hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practice
- Using recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Supporting employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruiter
- Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping experience
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing recruitment processes through an ATS
- Data-driven approach with a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and hiring best practices
