About the Role

You’ll help customers reach their full potential by positioning industry‑leading cloud and business application solutions that address their strategic challenges.

Your work will span account ownership, strategic planning, pipeline management, and leading virtual teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Customer Management

Own end‑to‑end customer relationships across software and cloud subscription sales.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and exceed revenue targets.
Deeply understand customer goals, technology landscapes, and competitive environments.

Pipeline & Opportunity Management

Maintain a strong, high‑quality sales pipeline and advance deals through all stages.
Collaborate with marketing, inside sales, and partner channels to drive demand generation.
Position a full cloud solution portfolio — including industry or LoB-specific offerings — to solve customer needs.

Sales Excellence

Conduct white‑space analysis to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Lead virtual, cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned and impactful customer engagements.
Maintain CRM accuracy and leverage data for forecasting and planning.

What You Bring

Essential

Experience selling complex business software or IT/cloud solutions.
Proven success navigating large transactions and long sales cycles in competitive markets.
Strong negotiation skills, especially with renewals, expansions, and subscription‑based solutions.
Excellent communication skills and a confident, customer‑focused presence.
Fluent business English (additional languages a bonus).
Residence in Ireland and eligibility to work full‑time.

For Senior-Level Applicants

10+ years of software/cloud sales experience.
Ability to lead account strategy at executive level and orchestrate large virtual account teams.
Deep experience in competitive positioning and SaaS solution evangelism.
