Client Overview:
- SME, farming, and sole trader clients
- Services: accounts prep, corporation tax, bookkeeping, VAT (monthly), advisory & systems support
- High client engagement – not just year-end compliance
Role Requirements:
- Technical: Strong accounting background; ideally familiar with Xero, Bright App, Bright Books (or adaptable to new systems)
- Personal: Strong communicator, relationship builder, client-facing skills
- Leadership: Manage & develop a team (3 part-qualified + 1 qualified
- Growth mindset with progression potential
Team & Structure:
- Reports to and works closely with partners
- Leads and trains team of 4 accountants
