Accounts Administrator – Belfast (Part-time or Full-time)
We are assisting our client with the recruitment for an Accounts Administrator. This SME prides itself on having a friendly and welcoming culture with excellent growth opportunities.
Duties:
· Manage accounts payable and receivable
· Credit control and cash flow management
· Nominal ledger and petty cash control
· Bank reconciliations
· Prepare and submit VAT and statutory returns (including CIS)
· Set up new customer and supplier accounts
· Assist with monthly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts
· Maintain accounting and CRM systems
· Provide general office admin support and assist other departments as needed
Requirements:
· 2+ years’ experience in a finance or accounts admin role
· Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
· Strong attention to detail and time management skills
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Working knowledge of VAT, CIS, and statutory reporting
