Accounts Assistant – Armagh - £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Cpl NI are working with a well-established and growing baked goods wholesaler. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, close-knit team where your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Input and process purchase invoices
• Post and allocate cash receipts and payments
• Upload and process payments in Sage
• Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledger records
• Entry Summary Declarations and Trader Support
• Process transactions in Sterling and Euro currencies
• Carry out general office administration and support wider finance and operations functions
• Perform bank reconciliations (desirable but not essential)
• Assist with VAT returns (desirable but not essential)
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a similar accounts or finance support role
• Working knowledge of Sage (or similar accounting software) and Excel
• Understanding of multi-currency transactions (Sterling & Euro)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication, organisation, and administrative skills
