The role:

·       Reviewing all costs incurred on the Project and production of analysis & reports

·       Collation of Record Sheets and production of analysis & reports

·       Sales Ledger – issuing Sales Invoices and maintaining the Sales Tracker

·       Purchase Ledger – processing supplier and sub-contractor invoices and assisting with payments

·       Carry out weekly timesheet reconciliation between Partner and SPA Timesheet Systems

What we’re looking for:

·       Previous experience within Data Collation & processing and invoice processing 

·       Accountancy experience 

·       Competent user of the complete MS office suite

·       Able to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
