The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who thrives on delivering outstanding support. In this role, you'll be the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth processing of orders and managing the entire order journey. What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Order Management
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure prompt fulfillment
- Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks
- Provide essential product information
- Resolve inquiries related to orders, stock levels, deliveries, and invoices
- Process returns
🔹 Customer Loyalty & Relationship Building
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Show empathy and ownership in handling queries and complaints
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Fluent proficiency in German + Advanced English (C1/C2)
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office knowledge
- Experience in customer support or order entry, or a keen interest in a Customer Service career
✨ Nice-To-Have Skills
- Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- A team player who actively supports colleagues to achieve business goals
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- SAP experience is a plus—but don’t worry, full training is provided!
