Our client is looking for a fluent Italian speaker to join their Admin/Order Management department.
THE ROLE
As part of this role, you will be the primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, making sure their orders are processed, accurately and in a timely manner.
I am looking for someone with great attention to detail, this will be essential as administration tasks are crucial to this role. Customer service is also a large part of your responsibility, as you will be assisting through calls and emails while processing orders and other everyday tasks. Training will be provided.
Our client is a large global pharmaceutical company, based in Dublin 22, just across from Liffey Valley shopping centre.
REQUIREMENTS
You will need to be a Fluent Italian speakers that genuinely care about people, that have good communication skills and a near fluency in English. Any kind of previous experience in an office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable, but not mandatory. Can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn is key.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Contract will be with Cpl. Initially fixed term, but with strong possibility of extension or turning into a permanent contract.
You will work Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm).
There is a hybrid model in place: 3 days per week from the office in Dublin 22, and 2 days from home.
It is likely that you will be full time in the office for the training period.
