Account Executive – German Market (EMEA)

What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
- Build and grow a strong German-speaking customer base across EMEA
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline, forecasting accurately and driving consistent results
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to ensure customer success
- Use AI tools and automation to work smarter and maximise selling time
- Lead by example through ownership, discipline, and accountability
- Support and mentor junior Account Executives as the team scales
- Get exposure to wider commercial projects and continuous skill development
What You Bring
- 2+ years’ experience closing net-new business in a quota-carrying SaaS role
- Strong background selling MarTech or high-growth SaaS solutions
- Comfortable selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing Leaders
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments
- Curious, tech-savvy, and already experimenting with AI tools in your workflow
- Fluent German & English (spoken and written)
- Highly driven, resilient, and motivated by exceeding targets
- Collaborative, relationship-focused, and eager to grow
- Full authorisation to work in Ireland
Compensation & Benefits
- €130K OTE (50/50 split)
