A fast-growing, innovative digital marketing company is looking for a German-speaking Agency New Business Manager to help drive the rollout of cutting-edge social media advertising solutions across Europe. This role is key in helping agencies and their clients build brand awareness, increase sales, and maximise results.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies, supporting both new and existing advertisers
- Prospect, pitch, and develop new agency business to grow advertising success on Pinterest
- Retain and grow revenue from your portfolio of agency clients
- Understand partner business goals and turn data into actionable insights
- Troubleshoot and optimise campaigns, sharing feedback with Product teams
- Track, analyse, and communicate key metrics and trends internally and externally
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share knowledge and grow agency relationships
Ideal Profile
- Fluent German and strong English
- Experience in digital marketing agencies, sales, or account management
- Strong understanding of online advertising platforms
- Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable creating actionable insights
- Strong communicator, confident presenting to clients
- Innovative, tech-savvy, and quick-thinking in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, adaptable and deadline-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- €34,000 base salary, €60,000 OTE
- Hybrid working model (3 days in Dublin office, 2 days from home)
