Our client is seeking to fill the position of Project Support Engineer (Asset Management ) who will be responsible for support of an ongoing capital Project at their site in Dublin 15. The role will lend itself to upskilling from a technical and strategic point of view through involvement in a major capital project, and exposure to the project lifecycle from beginning to end. The individual will have exposure to the wider project team as well as Sustaining groups as they execute elements of the capital project.
This is an LTD contract role with 12 months duration.
Responsibilities:
· Ongoing support of capital project. This will involve working closely with the Asset Lifecycle Management team to support project activities related to asset creation, criticality assessment and determination of equipment maintenance philosophies in line with company procedures.
· Asset Lifecycle support during project execution.
· Creation of assets and facilitation of asset criticality assessment.
· Review of project documentation and asset data for accuracy and completeness.
· Support upload of asset data to Maximo CMMS system.
· Development of project execution KPIs/Metrics.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:
· The candidate will hold a minimum of a Level 8 Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Biochemical).
· Experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in a maintenance or engineering teams.
· Experience of project execution/management within GMP manufacturing an advantage.
· Experience of Maintenance management and Reliability programs an advantage.
· Experience of computerised maintenance management systems CMMS, Maximo or equivalent.
· Experience working with engineering data and documentation (P&IDs, Electrical SLDs, data collection templates)
· Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment and meet deadlines
· Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.
