The Role
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our practice in Tralee. This is a hands-on role involving audit planning, execution, and review, as well as client relationship management. The role offers excellent scope for professional development and progression, working closely with partners and managing a team of five.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of audit assignments.
- Lead audits from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Supervise, coach, and review the work of 5 team members.
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
- Provide updates and insights to partners.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- 4–6 years’ audit practice experience, with supervisory/managerial exposure.
- Strong technical knowledge and review skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership ability.
- Ambitious, with a focus on progression.
