Our Technology client have an exciting requirement for a Benefits Analyst, for a 6 month contract, based in Dublin West. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the administration of benefits programs. 1-2 year’s benefits support, required, and multinational experience, desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Assisting in the administration of benefits programs
- Collaborating with various business stakeholders
- Providing regular updates to the business offerings and benefits policy changes
- Maintaining relationships with benefits vendors.
- Supporting benefits related projects and drafting communications
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1-2 years Benefits Support experience
- Proficient systems experience
- Relevant qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent multitasker
