CPL Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our client for a Bid Writer on a permanent full-time basis, based in Co. Derry
Our client:

The role:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Bid Writer will:
- Have full responsibility for bid preparation and writing, coordination and communication, content development and management, compliance and quality assurance, performance analysis and improvement.
- Analyse tender documents, specifications and requirements to develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs
- Prepare, structure and write detailed and persuasive proposals, ensuring all bid submissions align with company standards and client specifications
- Develop tailored responses to prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), invitations to tender (ITTs) and other bid-related documents.
The person:
- Degree level education with focus on Marketing/Media/Law/Construction/Geography/History/Journalism.
- 2 years minimum in bid writing along with excellent communication skills; verbal and written, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound and demonstrable analytical skills with a proven ability in interpreting bid requirements in turn producing high quality responses tailored to exact requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and managing multiple workstreams.
- IT proficiency including MS Office suite.
- Current, valid UK driving licence.
