What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a critical role in:
- Building and nurturing relationships with estate agents and key stakeholders across your territory.
- Promoting a range of digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs and performance goals.
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities while growing revenue from existing accounts.
- Educating clients on the value and performance of our platform, using data-driven insights to guide decisions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, representing the platform in client meetings and industry events across Cork and Kerry.
- Managing your sales pipeline through CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus), providing reliable forecasts and maintaining accurate client data.
- Collaborating across teams to share market insights that shape product innovation and go-to-market strategies.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, online media, or SaaS.
- A strong track record of hitting and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce and analytical platforms like Tableau (preferred).
- Confidence engaging with C-level decision-makers in both short and long sales cycles.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for travel across Cork and Kerry).
